Affiliate Terms

These terms govern participation in the VELTRIX Affiliate Program. They supplement, and are incorporated into, the VELTRIX Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
[Application review, minimum audience requirements, account in good standing, and grounds for refusal.]
2. Commission Structure and Tiers
[Rates per tier, recurring versus one-off, commission window, refund and chargeback adjustments, tier promotion and demotion rules.]
3. Cookie Window and Attribution
[Cookie duration, last-click versus first-click attribution, cross-device limits, self-referral exclusions and tracking failure policy.]
4. Payouts and Payment Thresholds
[Payment schedule, minimum threshold, currencies, payout methods, tax documentation and holding periods for fraud review.]
5. Prohibited Promotion Methods
[No spam, incentivised signups, cookie stuffing, trademark bidding, coupon-site poaching, misleading ads or promotion on prohibited platforms.]
6. Disclosure Requirements
[Every promotion must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn commission. Describe placement requirements per channel and jurisdiction.]
7. No Misleading Income Claims
[No income, earnings or profit guarantees. Any earnings example must be documented, typicality-qualified and approved in writing.]
8. Trademark Use
[Limited licence to use the VELTRIX name and logo under the brand guidelines; no registration of confusingly similar marks or domains.]
9. Termination
[Grounds for removal, notice periods, forfeiture of unpaid commission on breach, and survival of clauses.]
10. Changes
[How rate and term changes are notified, and whether they apply to existing referrals.]
11. Contact
[Partner support email address and the legal entity that pays commission.]
